Hello, I’m Bailey Burnett, Creative & Media Lead at Willmott & Lake.

I’ve spent the last five years working in design, video production and social media, helping businesses build strong, modern and engaging brands. I love taking ideas and turning them into content that feels genuine and stands out, whether that’s through film, graphics or creative storytelling.

What really motivates me is improving how we present our clients’ homes and their moving journeys. Great marketing should feel personal, thoughtful, fun and my aim is to create work that reflects the care and attention our team puts into every step.

I originally came from the world of barbering and spent years playing in a band, so creativity has always been in my hands one way or another. It’s something I’ve always loved doing.

Outside of work you’ll usually find me DJing, collecting records, keeping active in the gym or watching the almighty Tottenham Hotspur at the local pub.
